Diamond Concrete plate round segments are for grinding applications were a smooth profile is needed. The rounded edges reduce scratches and are excellent for the first steps in polishing or staining applications.

Concrete plate full round PCD plates are designed with a large full round PCD chip for long life and aggressive removal of epoxy, elastomeric, and other coatings. The PCD chip scrapes and rips through epoxy or paint coatings without gumming up or smearing the coatings. The round carbide plate in the back acts as a depth gauge to help control the gridding depth.
